About Me
I am a therapist who draws heavily on approaches such as EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting and Internal Family Systems to help someone who has experienced trauma make deep changes in their life. Common issues include relationships, work, health or a painful or challenging transition. Clients might be feeling overwhelmed, stressed, burned out, or stuck by confusing emotions. I can work closely with a client using highly specialized approaches, geared towards working with trauma, to help them gain clarity and confidence. I would collaborate to explore in a very curious, accepting and compassionate way what they need to feel empowered to create a more meaningful and satisfying life.
