Online Therapy

About Me

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in the states of California and Nevada, and work primarily with adults and couples. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma related recovery, and am trained in several treatment modalities including EMDR, EFT (Emotionally-Focused Therapy), Narrative, Solution-focused, and Attachment-based therapies.

My belief is that people are genuinely good and resourceful, and therapy is a place to honor and develop those strengths. Through thoughtful questioning and exploration, we will work together to identify the origins and meanings of the issues that have led you to seek therapy. As we gain a greater understanding, we will find ways to access the tools, strengths, and resources needed to promote wellness in your life.
I encourage you to reach out to me to share what is bringing you to therapy, and to discuss how I may be able to help. I look forward to hearing from you.
