About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant, and Training Faculty with Trauma Therapist Institute. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).

My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and strengths-based. I primarily use EMDR and Ego State Therapy to help clients process traumatic experiences, reduce nervous system overwhelm, and build greater internal connection, self-trust, and healing.

I am passionate about supporting adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, identity development, and emotionally overwhelming life experiences. I also specialize in supporting parents through traumatic or medically stressful perinatal experiences.

I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities, including members of the LGBTQ+ community and other marginalized populations.

Finding a therapist can feel like another weight - more time, more decision-making, and more vulnerability. I know asking for help is not easy, but you do not have to carry all of this alone. My hope is that therapy together can be a space for healing, support, and reconnecting with yourself in the midst of overwhelming experiences.

Areas of Focus
Life transitions & general stress

Birth trauma

Pregnancy complications

Feeding/chestfeeding trauma or stress

Medical trauma & invalidating healthcare experiences

Parents navigating infant food allergies, sensitivities, or feeding complications

Grief, overwhelm, and identity shifts in early parenthood

Alongside my professional training, becoming a mother has deepened my understanding of how vulnerable, beautiful, overwhelming, and identity-shifting the perinatal period can be. I bring both advanced clinical training and a warm, grounded understanding of parenthood into the therapy space.

Parenthood can bring immense love and meaning, but it can also hold anxiety, exhaustion, and self-doubt. Many of the parents I work with are are carrying the weight of difficult or invalidating healthcare experiences, grief around how pregnancy or postpartum unfolded, and the relentless mental load that can come with parenthood.

You may have felt dismissed, unheard, pressured, or left to navigate overwhelming decisions on your own, but my hope is that therapy can offer a space for you to process those experiences and rebuild trust and peace in yourself as a parent and as an individual.
