I'm Vivienne Livingstone, MSW, RCSW, offering in-person therapy for trauma, stress and anxiety in Calgary and online across Alberta. EMDR works differently from traditional talk therapy. You don't have to retell your story in detail to process it. I use EMDR (EMDRIA Certified), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (IS-ART Master Practitioner), Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), IFS-Informed Parts Work and OEI to work at the root for deep, lasting change.
