About Me

Change is inevitable and can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be insurmountable. I strive to help people manage the changes in their lives, recover from the difficult experiences in their past, and prepare for the inevitable changes in their future.
I specialize in life transitions, men's issues, and coping with anxiety, trauma, loss, and depressive symptoms. I am currently accepting new clients, both in person and virtually. No matter whom you choose for your therapist, I wish you well on your journey towards wellness and growth.
