About Me
Love shouldn't hurt. Childhood trauma and avoidant or anxious attachment styles can follow us into adulthood and damage our adult relationships. If you experience low self-esteem, relationship issues, doubt, worry, and anxiety in relationships, I can help.
My clients have suffered in silence for too long, and it doesn't need to be that way. Using Attachment-Focused EMDR with somatic work as my primary modality, I help my clients calm their anxiety, improve their relationships, and learn to live their lives with confidence, clarity, and ease.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Frisco, TX. I’m currently seeing clients virtually throughout the states of Texas and Colorado. I specialize in helping adults heal from childhood emotional neglect or other forms of childhood trauma, calm their anxiety, manage their moods, and build a life worth living.
Education & Experience
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional for Complex Trauma and a fully trained EMDR therapist. After graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Psychology, I earned a Master of Science in Counseling and Development, with honors. I am culturally inclusive and LGBTQ+ affirmative.
