I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in North Carolina. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK. With more than 15 years of clinical experience, I’ve worked with adults, adolescents, and families across a wide range of settings—including juvenile detention centers, inpatient mental health hospitals, psychiatric residential campuses, outpatient offices, college counseling centers, private practice, in-home services, and telehealth. I have provided individual and family counseling for children, teens, and adults coping with severe mental health and behavioral concerns as well as life’s overwhelming obstacles. My clinical specialties include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and complex relationship or family dynamics.
