About Me
I offer EMDR therapy for clients healing from religious trauma, spiritual abuse, and relational harm. Much of this work focuses on processing experiences where authority, belief systems, or relationships taught people to override their own instincts, needs, or boundaries. My EMDR work is relational, paced, and grounded in nervous system awareness, helping clients reduce overwhelm, set boundaries with self-doubt, and respond more freely in their lives and relationships. Sessions attend not only to memory and belief, but to present-moment sensation, emotion, and relational safety, allowing trauma to be processed without forcing meaning or outcome. I often work with clients navigating faith deconstruction, complex trauma, and ADHD, where masking and chronic stress have become part of survival. Over time, this work supports greater self-trust, emotional regulation, and a felt sense of agency that is honest and sustainable.
