About Me
Therapy can be a safe and compassionate space for you to engage in self-exploration that supports growth and transformation. My approach to working with people is based on providing culturally responsive care that acknowledges the intersection of identity (including gender, race, and sexuality) and social and economic issues. In addition to being certified in EMDR, I incorporate other models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to address concerns related to anxiety, depression, trauma, prenatal and postnatal experiences, and relational stressors.
Education & Experience
I graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from Seton Hall University and obtained my Master's degree in Social Work at Fordham University. I have spent the last two decades working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and life experiences, providing psychotherapy and services that help to alleviate emotional and relational distress.
