About Me
I focus mostly on providing short-term EMDR therapy intensives for acute trauma, such as birth trauma. I have also received advanced training in The Flash Technique. I own a small group practice with other therapists who are also trained in EMDR and are accepting new clients. While they are not fully certified, I provide consultation to the therapists in my practice. On staff we have a Bilingual (English/Spanish) female who works with adults and teens, and a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Male who works with adults and teens is also a certified addictions counselor. www.shiftcounselingpc.com

BS Psychology- Bradley University 2000 MA Counseling- Adler University 2006 I have been in the mental health field since 2001. I have worked in a variety of settings including residential, hospital, community mental health center, and now private practice for the last 10+ years.
