It is my deep honor and joy to help children , individuals, families and others heal from traumatic events , shock. and other trauma & challenges. I meet each unique individual without judgement or expectation, utilizing EMDR, and related modalities including somatic, attachment, sandtray, and the creative & expressive arts to support growth and healing in your life.
Education & Experience
Extensive experience & expertise providing therapeutic support for children, families and individuals. Including 5 years at the YWCA Pathways Counseling Center working with underserved children , adults & families. former Child & Individual Therapist at the Suquamish Tribal Wellness Center. Currently a therapist at Bainbridge Community Counseling & Play Therapy integrating EMDR, Somatic , Sand Tray, Sensory, movement, music, & expressive arts. Certified in Bruce Perry's NMT Assessments.
Education : 2012 MA, Integral Psychology, California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS ) SF, CA BFA Textile Arts, Calif. College of Arts & Crafts (CCAC ) , Oakland ,CA . Extensive post- graduate trainings in a wide variety EMDR modalities, and Child Therapy , Ethics & many required trainings 7 consultation to become a Registered Play Therapist, (RPT ). also Certified in Bruce Perry's Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics to provide NMT Assessments.
