About Me

Since 2010, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and create lasting change. My approach is person-centered—meaning we start with where you are right now and work together toward the life and relationships you want to build.

I specialize in trauma recovery and am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain heal from distressing experiences and restores a sense of calm and control. I am also a Level 2 Trained Gottman Therapist, using research-based methods to help couples strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.

Whether you’re navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, grief, or relationship challenges, my goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can feel understood and supported. Healing is possible—and I’m here to walk alongside you as you take those meaningful steps forward.
