About Me
My clients are often high-achieving professionals who are experiencing incredible success in their professional lives but struggling in their most important relationships--partners, parents, and/or their children. They are left scratching their hands trying to figure out why. When we peel back the layers, we often find that they've experienced physical and emotional injuries that left them seeing themselves and others in ways that inhibit their ability to connect the way they so deeply desire. I specialize in relational trauma, generational trauma, and adverse experiences stemming in childhood or adulthood. I am an EMDR Trauma Therapist and teach you how your brain and body responds to trauma and show you how to manage your responses in a way that helps you show up authentically and live the life you desire.
Education & Experience
I have worked with individuals and families since 2010. I have worked with children in foster care and all of their caregivers. I received my MSW in 2016, preceded by my Bachelor's in Psychology in 2012.
