About Me
Therapy with me is down-to-earth, supportive, and a little lighthearted when it fits. It’s a space to reflect, reconnect, and find ways forward that feel authentic. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a touch of humor to our work together, meeting you with a style that’s gentle but direct and at a pace that feels right for you.
Much of the work I do is with adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and trauma-informed. I draw from a somatic-informed EMDR, ego state work, ACT, and other process-oriented approaches— always tailored to what feels most supportive for you and your goals.
When you’re ready, I’d love to meet you and see if we’re a good fit. If you’d like to know more about me or you’re ready to get started, head over to my website and complete the contact form!
