About Me
I am passionate about helping individuals grow and heal from anxiety, abuse and other traumatic experiences, relational difficulties, depression, and grief.
Education & Experience
I received my Bachelor's in Sociology from Wake Forest University and my Master's in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. I have been in private practice since 2020. I am currently licensed to practice counseling in NC and PA. I live in Sanford, NC and have an office location and also offer telehealth across the states of NC and PA.
