About Me

I specialize in trauma- and attachment-focused therapy using EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). IFS-informed EMDR integrates the trauma-healing power of EMDR with the self-connection and parts-based framework of IFS, making it particularly effective for complex trauma, relational trauma, and attachment-related wounds. This approach allows painful memories to be processed in a way that is compassionate, paced, and attuned to your nervous system, while strengthening internal safety, self-leadership, and emotional regulation.
I work with adults and teens who may feel overwhelmed by past experiences, stuck in patterns shaped by early relationships, or disconnected from themselves and others. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, shame, self-criticism, relational difficulties, or emotional reactivity rooted in trauma. My role is to help you gently reconnect with yourself, build capacity for regulation, and process experiences that no longer need to define your present. My therapeutic style is collaborative, grounding, and respectful of your pace. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive environment where healing feels manageable and empowering rather than overwhelming. Together, we work toward increased self-understanding, resilience, and a deeper sense of integration—so you can move through daily life feeling more centered, confident, and connected.
