About Me
My therapeutic style is authentic, warm and non-judgmental. I believe each client is an individual, and there is no one approach that works for everyone. Through building a therapeutic relationship, I collaborate with my clients to find the most effective way that will personally work for them to make progress and have success in therapy.
I see my clients as partners in navigating the storm of life, which can be at times unpredictable and sometimes painful. We can find ourselves struggling in learned but unhelpful patterns, rather than using our inherent resilience and strengths to begin traveling in a direction that brings deeper meaning for us. I collaborate with my clients in the course of our treatment to track progress towards their goals and assist them in revealing their inherent strengths.
