I work with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Whether you're carrying something heavy from years ago or struggling with what's happening right now, I'm here to walk alongside you at your pace.
My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I'll never push you faster than you're ready to go — but I will gently challenge you when it serves your growth. Sessions are held via secure telehealth, so you can access care from the comfort of your own space.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), and National Certified Counselor (NCC), with over ten years of behavioral healthcare experience combined with extensive education, training, and experience within behavioral health and substance abuse treatment. I am a University of Tennessee graduate with a degree in Psychology, and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I am specialized with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, and trauma. Presently I am licensed to practice in Virginia and Florida.
