About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and marriage family therapist with twenty years of experience working as a clinician, supervisor, and trainer. I work at Kaiser Permanente and also have a telehealth private practice working with a wide variety of people and a broad range of issues including: depression, anxiety, PTSD, phobias, mood disorders, grief, relationship issues, navigating early adulthood, and coping with major life transitions. I take a client centered, evidenced based, integrative approach utilizing somatic, behavioral, cognitive, experiential and mindful based strategies to facilitate positive change within a supportive therapy relationship.
Education & Experience
I obtained my doctoral degree in clinical psychology at James Madison University and completed my internship as a Behavioral Medicine Consultant at Columbia Valley Community Health, a primary care facility. I completed my postdoctoral residency at Kaiser Permanente on the Adult, Case Management and Intensive Outpatient Teams.
