About Me

Hi, my name is Courtney, I own Embody Therapy and EMDR, a private practice located in Cape Coral, FL. I am a licensed mental health counselor. I specialize in working with people struggling with disordered eating, recovering from complex ptsd, and with neurodivergent individuals. I use CBT talk therapy, intuitive eating counseling, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
