About Me

I am a licensed clinical social worker providing telehealth therapy to adults throughout Oregon. I also provide clinical supervision towards Oregon Licensure, and EMDRIA approved EMDR Consultation to individuals regardless of location. I have been working in the field for 17 years.
I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, PTSD, and mood disorders. I am comfortable working with neurodivergent individuals and provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I also provide a safe space for individuals who are engaged in polyamorous relationships and those involved in the kink community. My goal is to create a therapy space where clients feel welcome, respected, understood, and supported in their journey towards mental wellness.
My approach to therapy is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every person has the basic human right to live, work, and play within a safe and supportive environment that fosters emotional wellbeing and inner balance; that is supportive of their autonomy, self-care, and healthy relationships.
I primarily utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and I integrate elements of Polyvagal Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and art therapy when helpful. My work includes strengthening adaptive beliefs, challenging negative core beliefs, desentizing past traumatic memories, psychoeducation, skills training, and self-exploration combined with supportive reflection and validation.
I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant in Training (CIT).
