About Me

Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist seeing clients virtually. I work with individuals and couples facing a variety of challenges, whether acute life stressors or ongoing issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma and complex trauma, family dynamics, sexuality, gender identity, ADHD and autism, marginalized identities, parenting, becoming parents, and caregiving.

I am specialized in chronic illness and disability, perinatal mental health, medical trauma, and neurodivergent / queer / neuroqueer experience. I have lived experience and shared identity in these communities and am honored to work within them.

I hold certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International (PSI), which required completing an extensive training process and passing a national exam on the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). I am also fully trained and eligible for certification in EMDR through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness, an EMDRIA-approved training program. I have additional EMDR training through the Touchstone Institute, a perinatal- and reproductive mental health-focused training organization.

Free-time favorites include sleep, appreciating the beauty of nature and life, snuggling and enjoying the chaos with my kiddos, and finding meaning in the unscheduled adventures life throws my way.
