I am an AuDHD trauma therapist, specializing in the creative and neurodivergent communities. I integrate somatic practices and expressive arts into my sessions. I offer intensives up to 15 hours in a week. I am a lifetime musician and a trauma survivor myself. I am a loud social justice advocate because… what are we really doing if we aren’t?
