About Me
I provide a supportive and empowering space for people seeking healing and self-discovery. Many of the people I work with have a combination of a history of trauma—including sexual assault or domestic violence—obsessive-compulsive experiences (OCD), and/or substance use concerns. Using EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help people process past experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and reconnect with their authentic selves. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique strengths, fostering resilience, insight, and meaningful growth on their healing journey.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania with over nine years of experience in case management, developmental disability services, and private practice. I specialize in trauma therapy and obsessive and compulsive expressions, providing compassionate, tailored care.
