About Me
I believe that counseling is for everyone; it is completely normal to feel the need for support when life feels heavy. My style is warm, honest, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I like to bring humor, compassion, and curiosty into the therapy room.
My work is grounded in empathy and a deep belief in your inherent capacity for growth. I view therapy as a safe, collaborative space where we can uncover the "why" behind your struggles and build the "how" for your future.
I’m more than just a therapist; I’m a mom, a partner, and a friend. I understand that our well-being is shaped by our unique identities, our communities, and our environments.
