I do this work, because I am passionate about helping people recover from trauma. I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship, so I show up as my genuine self and approach therapy as a collaborative process. I will meet you where you are at. If you come in with goals in mind, that is where we will start. If you have questions about EMDR or what therapy will look like, I will start with education and making sure we work together to create a plan that is best for you.
