About Me
Sometimes life presents challenges that can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or even hopeless, making it difficult to live a rich and meaningful life.
Angelika works with young adults and adults who are navigating difficult life experiences and struggling to find a way out of feeling stuck or hopeless. She views therapy as a space to slow down, become more aware of thoughts and body sensations, and develop new ways of responding to current stressors, supporting clients in moving toward a fuller and more meaningful life.
Angelika uses an integrative and collaborative approach, taking time to understand each client’s history, lived experiences, and the patterns they wish to shift. Drawing from modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), she supports clients in healing from past and present trauma, life transitions, grief, significant loss, betrayal, abandonment, and narcissistic abuse.
Her therapeutic style is warm, relational, and grounded, with a touch of humor when appropriate. Angelika has experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and across various life stages.
