I am a psychotherapist in private practice in the San Diego/Del Mar area. I offer in-person and Telehealth appointments. I support individuals through postpartum depression, anxiety, grief (including infant loss), and life transitions. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health and reproductive trauma. I understand how overwhelming these experiences can be, and my goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel heard and understood.

Over 25 years of experience specializing in women's perinatal mental health and healing from trauma. Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and EMDR.
