About Me
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist based in North Carolina, specializing in trauma recovery for high-functioning professionals. My clinical focus includes attachment trauma, anxiety, and burnout, particularly in individuals who appear “successful” on the outside but feel chronically overwhelmed or emotionally shut down. I use EMDR to help clients move from coping to clarity—often within just a few sessions. My practice is private pay and fully virtual, built to offer accessible, high-touch care without insurance barriers.
