About Me

I am a healer and human development specialist. I help you transform suffering into a thriving life you love living. I've been licensed since 1999. My passion for healing stems from nearly losing my life at age, 17. I engaged in a personal healing journey from trauma that combined Eastern and Western medicine. Through a somatic, body based approach to healing, I have developed a comprehensive method to help individuals transform pain. As a healer, I'm driven to reduce suffering and help individuals discover their path to healing and flourishing. As a licensed Marriage Family and child therapist, my style is client-centered and collaborative, utilizing experiential techniques and research-backed methods for the best results. In 2011, I founded True Form Coaching and Counseling. I'm in the LGBTQIA community and have worked with people from many diverse backgrounds. In my spare time, I enjoy a variety of activities, including creating socially engaged art, doing ceramics, running, cooking, and spending time with my dogs, family and friends. I love and integrate mindfulness practices and yoga into my life daily.
