With years of experience helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship challenges, and cultural identity issues, I’m here to support you in finding healing, clarity, and direction. I offer therapy in both English and Japanese and specialize in working with adolescents, adults, and seniors.
Education & Experience
hold dual M.A. degrees in Counseling Psychology and Clinical Psychology and am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland. I’ve worked in community mental health settings supporting clients with mood disorders, PTSD, grief, panic disorders, addiction, and more. My clients describe me as warm, insightful, and nonjudgmental.
