About Me
I have been practicing for over 20 years and was first licensed in Massachusetts after completing my graduate degrees at Boston College. During my time in Boston, I obtained my yoga teacher certification and integrate the wisdom of yoga in my clinical practice when appropriate and welcomed. In 2017, I moved back to my home state of Ohio, obtaining my Ohio license (LPCC) and completing my EMDR training in 2018.
I have worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, universities, community mental health, group practice, and I started my own practice in 2025. My approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive, honoring differences in race, culture, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, and religion/spirituality.
