About Me

I am a therapist with advanced training in trauma, addictions, depression, anxiety, couples, life transitions, and ketamine- and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults from all backgrounds and orientations. Self improvement is brave work! I use the latest evidence-based therapies to help accelerate your healing journey. I hold certificates in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), coherence therapy, and ketamine-assisted therapy. Education & Experience

Tyler holds a bachelor's degree in English and Environmental Studies from Dartmouth and graduated summa cum laude with a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Texas Tech's Midwestern State University.

Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

Tyler is deeply committed to social justice and improving access to mental health care. He works in community mental health with high-needs adolescents at Stepping Stones of the Roaring Fork Valley; he serves youth offenders as a therapist with YouthZone; he provides trauma therapy for crime victims through Colorado's 9th Judicial District. Tyler has served for four years as a Court Appointed Special Advocate For Children (CASA) volunteer for abused and neglected children in Colorado’s 9th judicial district.
