About Me
Sometimes life transitions, stressors, trauma, or grief can feel overwhelming. No matter how hard you may be trying to work things out on your own, it may feel like you are not gaining ground. Change and healing don't happen in isolation, and we all need help at some point. Having a caring professional walk with you through challenging times can be incredibly helpful. I have 15+ years of experience working with clients through life transitions and challenges and helping them establish goals and create change. I use EMDR and other research-supported approaches to transform painful emotions, physical sensations, and limiting beliefs resulting from painful experiences into more adaptive living. My goal is to help you find healing in a warm and accepting environment.
