About Me
I am a integrative body psychotherapist located in Summit County, Colorado with a love for skiing, mountain adventures, and creative pursuits.
I work with high-achieving, adventurous and creative individuals navigating the impact of trauma and emotional dysregulation on their relationship with self and others. My work addresses the experiences of shock trauma and relational trauma with the intent to build the ability to integrate and adapt to present life circumstances.
I have a special interest in working with traumatic brain injuries, neurodivergence, and attachment wounds, but I also enjoy variety and love to explore the depths and differences of the human experience.
Education & Experience
I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in 2023 after a multi-year hiatus to from the pursuit of a counseling degree. In addition to my education at Adams State, I attended Naropa University and gained a primary foundation in mindfulness and transpersonal counseling. This informs my approach significantly to this day. I have primarily worked in private practice and engage in multiple somatic based modalities. I am currently training in Somatic Experiencing (SE) to support my EMDR.
