About Me

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker who is Emdria Certified and an IFS informed EMDR Certified Therapist (IIE-CT). In addition I am presently obtaining my TIST Certification with Janina Fisher in February of 2025 in a constant effort to provide cutting edge treatment to my clients. I have had the privelage of servicing women for over twenty five years. I maintain a private practice in Lakewood N.J. and virtually through telehealth. I work with adults who face challenges ranging from complex trauma to dating and relationship struggles as well as low self esteem, anxiety and depression amongst other issues. My primary treatment approach is the integration of I.F.S. and E.M.D.R., two powerful and highly effective modalities. In addition, I have facilitated DBT Skills Groups and have also offered my own workshops on topics which integrate spirituality, psychology, and personal growth. Central to my work is the belief that everyone possesses an innate wholeness and the ability to heal. I am passionate about helping my clients liberate themselves from the emotional shackles that hold them captive. I continue to be amazed and thrilled as I witness first hand clients reclaiming their lives and discovering and revealing their exquitsite selves.
