About Me
I work with individuals living with the effects of chronic stress on the nervous system—whether from trauma exposure, military or first responder service, or chronic illness such as mold exposure and environmental sensitivities. Many clients are high-functioning and deeply resilient, yet feel stuck in anxiety, hypervigilance, symptom-related distress, or a constant sense of being “on alert.” My work is designed for those ready to address the deeper impact of prolonged stress and move toward greater stability, clarity, and regulation.
If your nervous system feels stuck in survival mode—whether from trauma exposure, chronic stress, or illness—you’re not alone. This work is focused, intentional, and designed to support deep, lasting change. I offer a space where your experience is understood and honored. I’d be honored to support you in your healing.
Education & Experience
I specialize in trauma and offer EMDR therapy and intensives to help resolve patterns at their root. My work is informed by extensive experience with military and first responder populations, and integrates nervous system regulation and somatic approaches to support healing from both psychological trauma and chronic stress-related conditions.

I also take Oscar (Optum) and Oxford (Optum). I can provide documentation if you would like to file therapy sessions with your insurance carrier as out-of-network. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots in an attempt to keep counseling affordable for all. There is often a wait list for these spots.
