About Me
Welcome! I've been working in mental health since 2013 supporting adults in reaching their health and wellness goals. I completed a bachelor's degree in psychology, followed by a bachelor's of social work at the University of Windsor. I then completed a Master's in Social Work at Wayne State University and have spent my career focusing on supporting individuals in meeting their mental health and emotional wellbeing needs, especially within the realms of grief and trauma.
I work diligently to establish a warm and welcoming rapport with my clients to offer support through instances of life changes, relationship issues, self-care, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Using a variety of counseling techniques, including CBT, DBT-informed care, and motivational interviewing, I cater services to clients based on their individual needs and goals for wellness-based treatment. I am certified in EMDR and utilize evidence-based practices to best support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals to be reach their fullest potential!
