About Me
Move past overthinking, anxiety, panic, and the constant bracing for what might go wrong. Together we can find a way to live without dread running the show. Quiet the Inner Critic that says you're not doing enough. Explore LGBTQIA+ identity, coming out, family rejection, religious trauma to build a life that feels fully yours. Nightmares, intrusive memories, emotional flooding. EMDR helps your nervous system feel safe enough to heal. I can help you establish healthy connection with yourself and others. You can have the relationships you really want to have. I can help you get there.
Education & Experience
I’m a Certified EMDR therapist and EMDRIA approved consultant who integrates Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT, CBT), Somatic Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients with exploring their strengths while addressing the the stuff that gets in the way of how you want to live your life.
As an EMDR Consultant, my goal is to support clinicians with growing their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. I offer clinical consultation for psychotherapists looking to meet EMDRIA requirements for certification. Together, we can explore strategies for navigating the 8 phases of EDMDR therapy using experiential knowledge, didactic learning, and skills development processes.
During the course of my career, I've had the pleasure of implementing trauma-informed mental health programs for public health, non-profit, and private health organizations.
