About Me

I run a virtual private practice for adults living in Colorado and Illinois where my focus is in helping those who have experienced childhood trauma, medical trauma, and struggle with dissociative and somatic symptoms. I work with the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ community, as well as individuals who are chronically ill or living with disabilities. My approach integrates EMDR with somatic therapy as well as ketamine assisted psychotherapy (if appropriate) with a deep understanding of how trauma manifests uniquely in these populations, ensuring a safe, empathetic, and affirming environment. I am dedicated to supporting you on your healing journey by addressing the root causes of your distress and providing effective, trauma-informed care tailored to your needs. Whether you are seeking relief from past trauma, navigating identity, or coping with complex symptoms, I offer a collaborative and empowering space to help you regain balance and resilience. If you are ready to move forward with healing, I am here to walk alongside you, providing the tools and support you deserve.
