About Me
I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor serving clients in New York and New Jersey. I have been in the field for over 10 years focused on trauma work as well as general mental health. I decided to become EMDR trained as I feel that this is a way to assist in clients processing through difficult experiences and emotions in a way that puts that empowers and promotes healing.
Education & Experience
I graduated from Hunter College with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling with honors. I am a National Certified Counselor. Additionally, I am EMDR trained working toward certification.
