About Me

Healing both within ourselves and in our relationships—begins with a deeper understanding of who we are. So often, after difficult interactions with others, we’re left wondering: “Is it me?” “Am I the one at fault?” “What’s happening between us?” When we’ve experienced pain or trauma, the questions can run even deeper: “Why did this happen?” “Could I have done something differently?” These questions aren’t just about the past, they are invitations to understand ourselves more fully. Through therapy, I help you explore these questions with compassion and curiosity. We look closely at how you relate to yourself and others, and begin to make sense of your inner world. I practice EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and attachment focused therapy. In my practice therapy becomes a journey of deep self discovery to uncover your truth, heal old wounds, and begin to feel whole again.
