About Me

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in trauma therapy, I specialize in helping individuals process and heal from past experiences. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as EMDR and DBT to address trauma at its core. Together, we will work to create meaningful change and empower you to reclaim your life. In addition to my private practice, I work full-time at a day shelter for women. I’m extremely passionate about working with the homeless population and constantly seeking to learn more about integrating EMDR into my work.
