About Me
Hello! My name is Margo Graham and I am an RCC with a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology. I am a trauma-informed, EMDR certified therapist with a background in education. As a mother of neurodivergent children myself, I practice a diversified approach to therapy specific to my client's wants, needs and experiences. My counselling approach is based on a person-centered framework, meaning that I believe that my clients already have all of the answers within, and it is with my guidance and support that we can work towards finding the best solutions together. By working collaboratively in this manner, we can identify your strengths and explore areas of desired growth. With my clients, I practice empathy and compassion. I am committed to my clients and am passionate about the work that I do. My personal belief is that we are all on our own unique journey and ongoing self-reflection and learning is necessary in order for us to heal, grow, and become our most authentic selves.
