About Me

I work with a wide range of clients including adults and late teens who are either starting therapy for the first time or have explored other approaches but feel they haven't fully uncovered the root of their challenges. I work with adults in helping them navigate trauma, attachment wounds, depression, anxiety, relational challenges, PTSD, and ADHD. I also have experience supporting individuals through a variety of other struggles. I am licensed in NY, NJ, NC and CO.
