About Me
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Chico, CA, specializing in trauma, dissociation, and professional burnout. My work is grounded in EMDR, AEDP, and experiential sandtray. I integrate these modalities to help people move past surface-level management and into real, structural change.
I work primarily with medical professionals and high-achievers who are highly functional on the outside but privately running on empty. People who have accumulated a lot of insight about themselves and still feel stuck. That's exactly where this work begins.
My approach is relationship-first, non-linear, and paced to your nervous system. Direct and warm, with room for humor when the work calls for it.
In-person in Chico, CA. Online throughout California and Oregon.
Education & Experience
MS in Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, California State University Chico, 2018. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2021.
My clinical background spans a range of settings and populations. I began my career at Stonewall Alliance, providing therapy to the LGBTQ+ community in Chico. I then worked in private practice as an associate therapist taking complex, high-acuity cases referred from Yuba-Sutter County -- primarily adults with severe trauma, complex comorbidities, and limited access to care. I also provided group therapy in an Intensive Outpatient Program setting with adults.
These early experiences shaped my clinical identity. Working with underserved and high-risk populations taught me to hold complexity without flinching, and to meet people where they are rather than where it's convenient. That foundation is present in every session I do now.
Professional & Volunteer Affiliations

Both groups remain active and are open to therapists looking to connect with colleagues across Northern California.
