About Me

Maybe you're looking into EMDR because painful experiences still feel present, even when you've worked hard to understand them. They can live on in the body and in how we relate to ourselves and others, showing up as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or patterns that talking alone hasn't been enough to change.
My work is relational at its core and I integrate EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic therapy. We take time to build safety and get to know the parts of you that have worked hard to protect you, so that processing feels steady rather than overwhelming. I also work with chronic pain from a mind-body perspective.
I see clients in person on LA's Westside and via telehealth across California, in English and German. My hope is that you come to trust yourself, not as a conclusion you've reasoned your way to but as something you feel in your body and can act on. That you can want things again and be affected by them. That your life starts to feel like yours.

Education & Experience

I hold an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Long Beach, and trained at the L.B. Trauma and Recovery Center and Open Paths Counseling Center. I completed EMDRIA-approved EMDR training in 2021, as well as training in ketamine-assisted therapy, alongside continued training in IFS and somatic approaches. My first degree was in social work and it still shapes how I see things. I pay attention not only to what's happening within a person but also to the relationships, expectations and larger systems that shape their experience.
