About Me
I started in the field as an alcohol and drug counselor, working in an outpatient setting at a local non-profit. I loved working with people and quickly learned that this was my calling, so I continued my education, collecting various degrees and certifications.
Education & Experience
I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling 2022 (Summa cum laude) from Southern Oregon University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services 2020 (Magna cum laude) as well. I am currently credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor III (CADC III), and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) I spent six years working for two local non-profit co-occurring intensive-outpatient substance use programs before transitioning to a community mental heath clinic where I have worked for the past three years.
