About Me
As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I work with high-achieving individuals who appear confident and accomplished yet feel disconnected or unfulfilled underneath it all—especially in their most important relationships. Many of my clients find themselves repeating patterns they can’t quite explain: over-functioning, withdrawing, or striving for control in ways that once protected them but now create distance and dissatisfaction.
Using EMDR and relational therapy, I help clients understand and transform the experiences that shape how they connect, communicate, and trust. Our work focuses on restoring a sense of inner stability and authenticity, so you can engage in relationships—and in life—from a place of genuine alignment rather than self-protection.
Meaningful change takes time, consistency, and courage. Together, we create the conditions for deep, sustained healing—steady, grounded, and real.
I am currently working toward EMDR certification and am committed to ongoing growth both personally and professionally.
