About Me
I am a licensed professional counselor and approved clinical supervisor who has been practicing therapy for close to 30 years. I am EMDR-certified and take a trauma-informed approach in my work with clients who may have survived a one-time traumatic event or multiple traumas throughout their lifetime. For those who might carry the negative messages or distressing mental images from traumas both big and small, I take a caring and sensitive therapeutic approach with clients in my effort to decrease uncomfortable symptoms. Our goal together is to be able to look forward to a fulfilling life that is not burdened by earlier disturbing experiences.
